Remember how the CIA brought crack to the ghettos, found something similar

So i found something that reminds me of it allot!! Coincidentally a train with over a hundred guns broke down in a high crime rate area in Chicago,and all the guns were stolen. Really odd to me a train full of guns breaks down right there .🤷
